Collaborative Design, Implementation, and Evaluation
We design Place-Based Collaboration for engagement and long-term impact. We ensure that collaboratives have effective governance and processes and employ systems change strategies. As strong relationships are essential, we design collaboratives to maximize value and trust among organizations. We evaluate collaboratives and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
Strategic Planning
We lead strategic planning processes. With our clients, we develop inspiring, actionable, and systems-oriented plans. We facilitate strategic planning meetings and retreats (in-person and virtual) and employ qualitative research methods (interviews, listening sessions, etc.) to gather valuable input. We also support the public launch of strategic plans.
Meeting, Retreat, and Public Event Facilitation
We plan and facilitate meetings, retreats, and public events. We utilize a variety of methods to engage participants, strengthen relationships, and achieve outcomes. Our meetings, retreats, and public events engage all participants and lay a strong foundation for subsequent collaboration and action.
Coaching and Training for Collaborative Leaders
Using our experience and expertise in building and supporting place-based collaboratives, we coach and advise coalition, or backbone, leaders and members. We help leaders effectively manage the dilemmas of collaborative, systems change work through all phases of development and activity. We provide workshops to support teams and individuals starting a new collaborative or retooling an existing one.
